New Orleans’ District 91, represented by Leger, runs in a curved band from Holly Grove all the way down to the Lower Garden District. Neighborhoods included in between are Gert Town, Central City, parts of Broadmoor, Uptown, and the Irish Channel. District 91’s boundaries are roughly South Claiborne Avenue in the northwest, Airline Highway in the north, Howard Avenue in the northeast, Napoleon Avenue in the southwest, the Mississippi River in the south, and Felicity Street in the southeast.
